巴拉圭洪水

3月开始的强降雨导致巴拉圭皮科马约河暴涨，造成全国洪水泛滥。估计有13000户人家被洪水围困。
主要受灾区域有：巴拉圭北部的Puerto Casedo，Pinasco；中部的Villa Choferes del Chaco，Tte. Manuel Irala Fernandez，Cruce Pioneros；南部的Teniente Esteban Martinez，Cacique Sapo。
