马达加斯加气旋哈鲁纳

气旋哈鲁纳于2013年2月22日星期五袭击了马达加斯加西南部，登陆时为风速高达105英里/小时的2级风暴。风暴在莫桑比克一带不断增强，在向马达加斯加岛移动的过程中阵风风速已高达95英里/小时。
气旋的云填充眼中心位于南纬23.3°、东经44.2°的马达加斯加首都和最大城市塔那那利佛附近。
受灾最严重的地区为：穆龙贝、塔奥拉纳罗和托利亚里。据报道，迄今为止在风暴中已有10人死亡，17人受伤，近3000人受到影响，并有1000人左右被疏散至临时避难场所。
该岛在整个周末经历了暴雨和严重洪水。台风联合预警中心（JTWC）预计风暴将在回到南印度洋较冷水域的过程中减弱。
