溶けた雪が同州の河川の水位を上昇させ、周辺の地域が浸水しました。
 
約31の居住地域が深刻な影響を受けており、790家屋、2680ヤード(約2.45Km)が浸水しています。
 
自治体は住民の避難および救護のための緊急対策を発動しました。
105人の子供を含む359人以上が避難しました。
