Request help from the Charter
Become an Authorized User to request satellite data from the Charter, assisting your disaster response in times of need.
Support Disaster Response
Become a Project Manager (PM) or Value Adder (VA) to coordinate work on gathering satellite imagery and generate analyzed disaster maps to support emergency responders.
Contribute with your satellite data
Become a Data Contributor and provide critical satellite imagery to support disaster monitoring and response efforts.
Join as a Charter Member
Become a Charter Member and support global disaster response with your agency’s expertise and satellite resources.
Become an Authorized User
Grant your organization the ability to submit a request for satellite imagery in the event of a major disaster affecting your country.
Your role
- Request satellite data during disasters to support emergency response

- National disaster management authorities or their delegated agencies
Become a Project Manager or Value Adder

- PMs liaise with Authorized Users, coordinate satellite data acquisition, and oversee delivery of damage assessment maps
- VAs process and assess satellite data, and produce damage assessment maps

Who can apply?
Professionals who:
- Have experience in satellite remote sensing and disaster management
- Possess project management skills and expertise in data delivery networks
- Understand the role of Civil Protection Agencies and the process of remote sensing data value-adding
Become a Data Contributor
Provide data from your organization’s satellites, to support creation of damage assessment maps.
Your role
- Receive requests for satellite data during emergency situations
- Assess whether satellite data is available for the requested time and location
- Provide available satellite data

Who can apply?
Public and commercial organizations who:
- Own and operate Earth observation satellites
- Demonstrate a history of successfully operating satellites

- Provide resources to support Charter management and operations
