Fire in Kazakhstan
A significant fire occurred in the Abay region, specifically within the Morozovsky Forestry area of the state forest fund, located in the Beskaragaisky District.
In addition, two steppe fires were reported near the villages of Koyanbai and Bishkul. These incidents posed a threat of spreading to the state forest funds of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Initially, 12 hectares of forest were affected; however, the burned area unfortunately expanded in the days that followed.
