Flood in Gaza
Heavy rainfall has caused severe flooding in many areas in Gaza. Thousands of displaced people living in makeshift camps have been affected with reports indicating that around 10,000 tents have been either destroyed or significantly damaged, leading to spoilage of food and other essential items.
Additionally, coastal regions have experienced further destruction due to storm surges and powerful waves.
There have been calls for international assistance to supply tents and other necessary resources to help against the risk of further flooding.
