乍得洪水

始于8月早期的大雨在乍得引发持续洪水，造成数十万人受灾以及财产和农业损失。
在加奈姆地区的Rig Rig区，220处房屋被毁，3000人撤离。在西拉地区，超过13000处房屋受灾，洪水还阻断了主要的人道主义救援物资。在盖拉区，预计有850人需要紧急救助。据报告，首都恩贾梅纳也发生了洪水。
9月，洪水依然存在，预计已对466000人造成影响，并导致34人死亡。据报道，96000处房屋被毁，255000公顷作物绝收。
