Earthquakes in Afghanistan
On March 25th, 2002 a magnitude 6.1 earthquake occurred in the Hindu Kush Region of Afghanistan. Approximately 1000 people were killed, 4000 injured and 1500 houses destroyed in the Nahrin area.
